Custom of the wise plays a very significant role in
understanding juristic precepts especially newly-raised ones and all
legal systems have taken it into consideration. Some think that there
is no transformation in the Islamic precepts, while it is not correct
and dynamic custom of the wise can solve many newly-raised
juristic questions
